When I first backed Zylch, I thought I was supporting an innovative and exciting product. Instead, I found myself trapped in a two-year nightmare filled with delays, lies, and hidden charges. If you’re considering buying from Zylch, DON’T DO IT! Let me explain why this company is nothing but a scam.
Two Years of Lies & Delays
Zylch originally promised quick and efficient delivery. That was a lie. What followed were two years of endless delays with excuse after excuse. They repeatedly claimed they were “almost ready to ship,” yet nothing ever arrived.
I wasn’t the only one experiencing this. Other backers faced the same deception—Zylch kept stringing us along while refusing to take responsibility.
Hidden Shipping Costs – A Complete Scam!
When Zylch finally “prepared” my order for shipping, I was hit with another shock—the shipping cost was nearly DOUBLE the price of the actual product!
At this point, I had already waited two years and was eager to receive my product. But this was nothing short of extortion. Why were these shipping costs not disclosed earlier? It’s obvious—Zylch waited until customers had no choice but to pay.
Refund Promises – More Lies
I wasn’t willing to accept this scam, so I immediately requested a refund. Zylch promised they would issue one, but, surprise surprise—I never got it.
Instead of processing my refund, I was spammed with emails from their shipping partner, Easyship, demanding that I finalize my shipping details. Even after telling them I wanted a refund, the emails kept coming.
Zylch’s refund policy is a joke. They make false promises just to keep frustrated customers from complaining, but in the end, they have no intention of giving your money back.
Still No Product – And More Emails!
After fighting for weeks, I finally gave up and paid the ridiculous shipping fee. But guess what? I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER.
It has now been ten more weeks, and instead of my product, I received yet another email telling me to confirm my details—again! At this point, I have:
✔️ Paid for the product
✔️ Paid the outrageous shipping fee
✔️ Confirmed my shipping details multiple times
And yet, I STILL have nothing to show for it.
Other Customers Report a Defective Product
As if things couldn’t get worse, I checked reviews from other backers and found that many of them finally received their Zylch cup—only to find out it doesn’t even work properly.
Some reported leaks, others said the build quality was terrible, and a few even called it a cheap knockoff of what was originally promised.
So now I’m left wondering: IF my order ever arrives, will it even work? Judging by other reviews, the answer is probably NO.
Zylch = A Scam. Avoid at All Costs!
Zylch is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. They have:
